We are a property management company that rents apartments in San Francisco, CA. We're looking for blogs specifically about San Francisco or the Bay Area. Target Audience: The Tech-y Who: A young, social savvy coder who works at Google and loves The City. He/she is permanently moving to San Francisco to work in Silicon Valley and needs a home that offers the best price in the best neighbourhood. Needs: They’re single with income to spend, so they’re looking for recommendations on trendy lounges, neighbourhoods and local boutiques. They also wouldn’t mind tips on where to buy new furniture (they’re new!), San Francisco lingo (the does and don’ts) and some live/work tips from tech employers. Casual Vacancy Who: These employees are looking for the perfect short-term rental. They don’t have time to waste and they need to move fast. Needs: They’re looking for practical tips about transit, roundups/lists of how to make the best of their short stay in The City and tips on how to make their temporary home feel like home. They’re looking for a one stop shop where they can find a brand new home and learn about their new hood. Longtime Lover Who: Native to San Francisco, this urbanite has opinions about their favourite neighbourhood and the best restaurants in town. They’re taking their time to find a home that will give them the best for the buck. Needs: They love content that speaks to their city nostalgia and articles written by local bloggers who know the city like the back of their hand—whether they’re experts in design, food, dogs, kids or real estate. They love nostalgic articles and profiles of the leaders that make San Francisco so great. Tone/Voice: Fresh- There are so many blogs in The City, but Trinity offers a fresh voice by infusing their longtime cred in the area into their content—especially when it comes to neighbourhoods. Fun- This isn’t your average corporate blog. It’ll go beyond company news and offer fun profiles that people from The City will want to read. Informative/Opinionative- The blog will seek to share information about neighbourhoods while giving writer’s the flexibility to add some creative flare to their work.
