bulk mailing 400K list (send and clean)

Hello I have a list of about 400K email contacts that we accumulated in the last 3-4 years, we need to clean the list and find spam traps etc. I need someone that can do the following, removing of spam traps (I need to know what would the process be to eliminate them) Create a report of valid and not valid addresses and spam traps. Sending of test email to all the contacts and create report of delivering, bouncing, etc (i need the details of the delivery for each contact in CSV or excel etc.) If you have also a sending system that I can use in the future to send the newsletters to the final clean list please let me also know the costs for a monthly sending of about 200K contacts, but please for now bid only on the cleaning and the test sending.
