Monita Sarangi is an internationally certified L&D professional with about 19 years of experience. She brings academic excellence and experience. She is a certified Coach and Master Coach.
Her years in the corporate gave her exposure to Business Development, Operations Management, Service Quality and Change Management. It was her interest in people management and curiosity about why people perform differently that she made the move to HRD. She has held senior level positions in the corporate sector, erstwhile Learning Partner (APAC) for JP Morgan; Training Head for Barclays. Currently she works as a Learning Consultant, conducting leadership training, designing content and programs. In the current role as an independent consultant she has extended training and coaching to the education sector.
As a Leadership Training Facilitator she brings to the table the unique combination of a practitioner’s insight and experience, supplemented by an in-depth understanding of the subject matter and the knowhow of instructional design & delivery. Finally her experience as a trainer mentor and coach in the corporate sector across local and global audience at senior to very senior levels means she knows what works and is able to engage and build trust with her audience.
