Create training for financial services information technology domain

The intent is to train people in techno functional roles in business systems analysis, project management and software quality assurance in financial services domain related technology. . The idea is to capture information about specific I.T systems aligned with business operations in ten slides and a spreadsheet. This project is for producing the slides and spreadsheet described below for 1) market risk calculation system 2) regulatory compliance system 3) credit risk monitoring system 4) Treasury related systems The PPT contains 11 slides as described below and also in the attached sample template PPT. The spreadsheet is also very straightforward and contains three tabs a) Roles in the system b) Main 15-20 use cases high level description c) Some key sample reports column structure only. Slides of the PPT are Slide 1) Context diagram slide – A basic context diagram with the application at the center of the slide as a circle surrounding by all upstream and downstream systems that interact with it Slide 2) Business utility slide – This one should describe what does the application fundamentally do, who are the people that use it, what are the main features of this application Slide 3) Functional architecture slide – One slide that explains system architecture. Main components, what data they send to each other and what data are being sent to external systems Slide 4) Detailed functional architecture slide Slide 5) Main level 1 process flow of the application with swim lanes and various actors that use it Slide 6) Level 1 data flow of the application Slide 7) Top 10-15 use cases or user stories with just 1 or 2 lines describing each user story (not super elaborate) Slide 7) A site map of the UI and mock UI for landing page Slide 8) Typical technology stack used in the application Slide 9) Conceptual data model (logical and physical NOT required) Slide 10) High level data flow (if applicable)
