Craigslist Posting Services

I am seeking someone who has the ability or software to post multiple cities simultaneously on Craigslist ie.10,20...even 50 cities if possible. This would involve circumventing the double captcha and phone verified system utilized by CL in killing ads. One would also need to change subtleties ie. the graphics and text used in one city ad to another which also gets detected by CL. Rotating I.P.'s upon ad submittal and other methods are also essential but can be discussed one on one.
