I have already built this application and it's called Touch Filer from SoIntuitive. It can do zonal capture of license plates and it already stores the picture of the vehicle. It is 100% web based and can be hosted on Amazon AWS EC2. It's accuracy rate is 100% for clean license plates. For license plates that are unregistered and unidentifiable the vehicles picture with plates is stored in a separate area for manual identification and reindexing. We can have a system up and running for you within 14 days. Camera equipment and installation of camera equipment is extra. Travel time is extra. I have already done this project except that we used video instead of camera . I have a whole team from my university that will work with me . We also have an advanced lab ( I-Lab ) and Robotics society with all modern facilities and people with lot many experiences. So if you really want it to be done in the best give it to us and we will deliver u that best one with long term support.

Is this application need to be deployed at your location or should we provide you only the solution with required hardware specification tested with working model? We can architect, design, software and hardware and also build embedded code for the hardware and front end for administration of all the activity. Costing for hardware design (not for bulk items) and software together is given. If you are looking for maintenance and enhancement, additional cost will be added. Price quoted will not include any on-site support. If you need any on-site support, we can provide with additional cost. Need to quote complete hardware and need complete specifications. We will revise and give final quote only on complete specifications. Also need to know, if any hardware is already identified on which this model should be build? If identified, need the model numbers and data sheets of such hardware. The application is not simple, it includes various issues and needs lot of time and testing for effective solution. If selected, we can provide you a detailed design document and mock application and upon approval, we can work on the main application. The mock application can include hardware design and software design.
