Access Database Query

I have one table which has multiple contacts listed on each row for the same companies. I need a way to take the list and convert it from showing several contacts for each company on several rows to columns next to the company. The attached excel file gives an example. Sheet one is the original table/list and sheet two shows the result. You will see in sheet two that there is one company listed per line with the contacts listed as first first_2, first_3, etc. You can use the web address as the unique identifier. I need a query for this that I can use in access for a table with these specific columns. I need this as soon as possible.
