Binary Files for IM Client Installation

Hello: I have a script that uses binary files to make a part of it function properly. Since I don't know how to install binary files on my server I will need someone to do this for me. For those that bid on this please understand that I need this done right away. Since this is ONLY the installation this should not take a long time nor should it be too hard. I need this done right away so if you cannot start the moment you are chosen please do not bid on this. This will not take for me to make a decision. I have attached the instructional document that came with the files. Please read it to make certain that you can install this properly on my server. I will be choosing someone in a couple of hours.
