Asterisk installation Overview (specification document attached) - Will create Group - Each group will have extensions/users based on SIP - Time based call FW - DID,s - IVR - Voip Calling - Voice mail Its not too much work and need only who can understand the needs of this work and hope that will be working together in for future as well. A lot of requrements. Should increase your buget. If you do not need to change IVRs, it is possible, but with user changble IVRs and etc, $250 is too little.

3 people working for the development for 2 months [will be done based on milestones], 1 month testing [2 people] and bug fixing. Total cost is $ 35,000 [negotiable]. $250 is way too low.
