**C++ Cross Platform - QT Custom TreeGrid Control with Filter Widget and Config Widgets** Objective: Create a custom QT Treegrid control that we can place inside our cross platform QT based GUI applications. This control needs to be derived from the existing TreeGrid control. This should not be too difficult for someone who knows what he/she is doing. **The solution needs to be in accordance with the Model/View/Controller pattern and the specific implementation that Qt provides for the MVC pattern. **Information on MVC under Qt can be found be found here [login to view URL] The project starts considering only one type of view, but the project design should allow different views to be added later on without having to make significant changes to the data model. **If your bid is accepted you need to submit your design for approval before you start implementing. ****Remarks: 1) It would be beneficial if you have a legitimate and verifiable commercial QT license that you are allowed to use to develop this project. (Not a problem if you don't) 2) It would be beneficial if you can test the project under OS/X. If you can't that is no problem as long as you don't write code that would be obvious to break the QT OS/X compatibility. 3) During this project you need to be regularly available on Skype to discuss details and progress. 4) Together with your weekly status report you are required to post a weekly backup of the source code and Qt designer files.
