AMIBROKER Programmer

Hey, I have been trading many system with amibroker over the past 5 years and I can safely say that I know pretty much all the limitation / work around of this program. I programmed/backtested over 5000+ different systems over the years. Your description is a little bite confusing but this is how I see the system you want to program. you want your Buy and sell signal to change based on the state of the SNP500 ( if it is a UP state or a DOWN State) so you have 2 separate set of buy/sell signal based on the market condition of your index ( or ETF or whatever you want). Their is a nice work around to do that in amibroker and would gladly educate you / program it for you and explain out it works. Just so you know I have a Bachelor degree in Actuarial Science and a master in Applied Finance. I am also a CFA chartholder. I would gladly help you. I am new to freelancer and pretty excited to do some AFL work for other people than me. also I have skype and would gladly talk with you on the project to be on the same track. Hello, I have expertise in coding strategies and systems in Amibroker and a Trader. My understanding is that you have a txt file where market changes UP/DWON are marked and to align the signals with these dates. Is this file to be created from amibroker or you use a manually updated file ? Looking forward to work with you on this Thanks and Regards Joy Sebastian

Hello there! What you are looking for can be done. But I would like to know how would you define "MarketUP" and "MarketDN". There has to be some logic/condition when you say " MarketUP" and "MarketDN". If only you want to Buy when (X>Y AND MarketUP) and Sell when (MarketDN). you don't require any additional txt file to achieve the desired goal. However, if you need the file for some other purpose, the file could be generated as well. Please reply if you are interested.
