Add Automatic Vertical Scrolling on School Reading Activity C#

I have taken one of my reading worksheets I use for teaching children 3 letter words (fox - cat - dog - etc) and converted into an "electronic worksheet" using C# and Microsoft Visual Studio. Basically, students see a picture of a "fox" and they click on letters below the picture to spell the word fox. The actual paper worksheet is 4 rows with five words (pictures) per row for a total of 20 words on one worksheet. Because of space limitation, the computer version shows only 2 rows at a time. When the student gets the 10th word correct, we would like for the program to automatically scroll down to show rows 3 and 4 so students can do words #11 through 20. For some reason we can't get the vertical automated scrolling feature to work properly. We need someone to modify our code and so this is corrected. The second thing we would like is to add is a timer to time the student from the moment they click a letter in the first problem to when clicking on the last letter of the last problem. Also, we will have future questions - so please bid a price that allows us to get another 1 hour of your help in future issues. My son has just started learning C# and sometimes we can't find answers online. We would also like for you to look through the code and offer suggestions for making his code better - more efficient.
