Hi,
I have AutoCad plans files (only the plans). I need to have a 3D modeling and rendering of the exterior of one building. It’s a building with a few stories high.
I will supply the AutoCad files and you’ll have to model and render. I will give you examples of what I am expecting and you’ll have to complete it completely by yourself. I will review and request some changes.
I need something really high quality. I might need to have the interior done for each model apartment after.
Required capabilities:

1. Can communicate in English
2. Excellent knowledge of AutoCad
3. Very good at doing 3D exterior modelization
4. At least 50 hours on oDesk
5. Have a portfolio to see similar projects you have done.
6. You must obviously own AutoCad
Recommended capabilities:

1. Ability to do 3D interior modelization
