Custom Security Software

We need some new custom software that will do the following tasks: Monitor and log, file copying to any removable media. Monitor and log, file printing. Monitor and log, file attachments to email. Monitor and log, ftp file transfers. Monitor and log, file uploads through websites (cloud storage) Monitor and log, employee chat (icq, skype, etc) Monitor and log, data copied to clipboard Monitor and log, file transfer, copying, or modifying over network connection (ethernet, wi-fi, blutooth, etc) If a user edits a file on removable media (usb drive) or cloud storage, make a copy of the file on the local computer. Send alarm (email a person) when when a monitored event happens. Prevent the use of removable storage devices Whitelist certain removable storage devices Prevent user from uninstalling or disabling the software without a password. The running software should be undetectable Local client to view logs/files on individual computer. Network client to view logs/files remotely. Licensing system for the software to prevent unlicensed copies from working. The software will be branded with our corporate brand. We require the source code. The software developer will need to agree to a non-disclosure agreement The software developer will need to agree to a non-compete contract. OPTIONAL log employee program usage (what program, what time) log employee internet usage (what websites, what times, log key strokes) detect and log computer idle time. Get screen shots of monitored activity. If web cam present get cam image of monitored activity.
