I want this project to be done by using simple c++ coding (loops, conditional statements, simple and easy functions, 1D and 2D array). There should be restrictions that user does not make invalid move and this should be done on console and explain everything in comments.

Thanks for your project. I will use the rules for the basic game of Court Piece described in Wikipedia (for the basic game, with no advanced variations). I have 25 years experience programming in C++. I will use class objects in this C++ program because it simplifies the operation of the player on the console and the 3 other players controlled by the program.
