Convert a Template to a Website

Hi, I am founder and CEO at Topshipment startup and I am looking for the UX/UI/WEB Front End Developer. Candidate should be highly talented and delivery oriented Developer to work on multiple projects involved the Front-End technologies with knowledge of valid XHTML, CSS markup, Javascript, XHR, HTML5, CSS3, Version control and experience in making fast and clean markups from PSD files. The ideal candidates should possess strong initiative, technical, design, skills, along with good communication skills (good English is a must). The chosen one will develop and improve our application UI and UX, which is Bootstrap based. The tasks will be about improving usability and fixing bugs for existing layouts + suggesting UI and UX for the new features and suggesting and UX for new systems/softwares/pages. In the template that we have, there are a lot of elements designed (buttons, dialogs, widgets, message boxes, input boxes and so on), and in most cases you will need to propose (and implement) good, user-friendly layouts putting them together in the best way It is telecommuting job ideally as a part time on the beginning. I am giving equity based compensation retaining partnership position and creating long-term commitment to the company success. That is why I would like to reward innate involvement and not trying to buy it. You get 5% of the company equity and if you decide to leave prematurely, you will sell your full stack to the equity shareholders first. We expect to find and individual who can work from home and pass preliminary test job (one page to code under our framework) and who can work at least 25h per week during first three months of the incubation.
