We have made some modifications to various templates in vBulletin 4.x. Since we have made the modifications we have discovered that we have some style issues ONLY in Explorer 9. For example, in the postbit template, for some reason we are not seeing spaces between paragraphs. We also have problems with the welcome/login block, differences between logged in and logged out, the block moving out of its position depending on its status. The person I am looking for will have strong CSS experience with vBulletin 4.x. I am looking to pay someone by the hour for this first job. The project budget is only an estimate, obviously depending on hourly rate and the time required to fix our issues. We will have ongoing work related to style sheets and templates in the future for the right person.
