Cisco Voice Engineer

I have worked with IP Telephony for the past two years have been entrusted with multinational and large enterprise scale roll outs. Although I am not all too familiar with Mitel controllers, my knowledge in Cisco IP Telephony and the SIP protocol will allow me to get the job done in time for you.

Part of my job is related to the migration of customer services "in the cloud". I also have extensive experience in the installation and support VOIP-based systems (Cisco, Avaya, Asterisk, Freeswitch, etc).
