Academic Writers Required @ U$D10 per 1000 words

Hello GAF members! I need about 4 writers with extreme research capabilities. Projects are mostly related to business management, finance, philosophy, marketing, etc. So send in your resume along with your field of expertise so that we have a faint idea about your fieldof experitise. You must ensure the following criteria before bidding (Very Important): 1. You own at lease a bachelors degree; although a Masters or a PhD would be awesome and will be considered as priority. 2. Provide me with at least 2-3 samples of previous work. If you've got sample academic work than you would be considered as a priority candidate by our quality team. 3. ANSWER E-MAILS WITHIN 12 Hrs. Please consider the fact that your assignments might be shifted to other writers in case of no response. 4. You've a Yahoo!, MSN, or a Skype Messenger and are able to stay online everyday for about 5-6 hours (flexible times) and in contact, we prefer Skype. 5. Must provide Resumes/CV. 6. NO PLAGIARISM. If you don't know what plagiarism means... please don't bid. Because at our company Plagiarism means FINES and possibly the writer will be FIRED. 7. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE PROVIDE A 18 DAY TIME LIMIT TO OUR CLIENTS IN CASE THEY FEEL THE PROJECT IS NOT DONE ACCORDING TO THEIR REQUIREMENTS, in this case the THE WRITER MUST BE WILLING TO EDIT HIS/HER MISTAKES, but in case the client falsely accuses the writer of not following guidelines properly, than the writer need not continue on the revision, this can be done by either talking to your project manager or mailing the company. 8. I need not say this but... I need the finest of the finest to be a part of my team, so Grammar and spelling mistakes won't be tolerated. 9. YOU DO NOT MISS DEADLINES. Another very important factor, I've personally got really sick of people that miss deadlines constantly, it is my humble request to all the exellent writers on GAF to only bid if you don't miss deadlines or don't receive phonecalls. This should've in fact been the very first point of this post. P.S. Please provide your Phone number. 10. Write 1500-2000+ words per day. Please mention how many words are you willing to write. Here's what we'll offer to the writers that fulfil the above criteria: 1. TRAINING: in case you have little or no knowledge about research writing, but you feel that you are a good researcher, data miner and a great writer, we would provide you with a audio, video and written tutorial on writing research papers, essays, etc. 2. MINIMUM $10 per 1000 words. The pay increases according to the level of toughness of projects. 3. Regular payment cycle: Once in every 15 days. The pay days are 5th and 20th of every month. These are the final pay dates, under most cases the writers receive their payments by 1st and 15th of every month. ALL THE PROJECTS DONE FROM 1st TO 15th of any month WILL BE PAID ON the 5th (mostly 1st) of NEXT MONTH AND ALL THE PROJECTS DONE FROM 15th to 30th of ANY MONTH WILL BE PAID ON THE 20th (mostly 15th) of NEXT MONTH. Example projects submitted on Jan 10,12,14th will be paid on 5th Feb. 4. ONLINE HELP: Every writer will have a Project Manager, and in case the writer is stuck at any time with the project or company's policies, the manager will be glad to help via chat or phone. The project manager is not your boss, no one is; we respect your privacy. The project manager is just a tool for your assistance. Please read the whole post very cautiously before bidding.
