Academic Writing - PCI Compliance

I am looking for a native English speaker to write a research paper on PCI compliance with special attention to the call center industry. If you are worried about the ethical implications about what you are writing and if I will be using it to better my grade in some telecommunications course, don't worry. The final result of your project will be used to create a very informative website on the subject. I am looking for a paper that is very well organized and easily lends itself to website creation.
