To successfully be awarded this project, you must agree to the following terms and conditions: 1) Before you are appointed to complete the project, we must agree on the delivery date (which of course will depend on the number of articles). 2) The project must be completed on or prior to the delivery date. 3) ALL WORK MUST BE ORIGINAL. Must be 100% fresh self-written copy, no copy/paste from other sites (I WILL CHECK THIS MANUALLY). All works made by you for us MUST be completely your own original work and may not be taken (in whole or in part) from any work that you do not have full copyrights to. 4) All work must be completed to my satisfaction, I can request as many rewrites as I deem necessary. 5) All work created will the FULL property of the buyer and you guarantee that it will not infringe or violate any intellectual property rights or other right of any third party. 6) Each article must be between 550 ??" 650 words. ## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
