We initially require 25 (500+word) articles for each of the following categories: Real Estate, SEO and Legal Outsourcing. 1. The articles must be original and not plagiarized. Each article will be checked on Copyscape before being accepted. 2. Factual, accurate and helpful, they must also be creative and interesting to the reader. 3. They should be written in an easy-to-read, friendly and conversational style. 4. They must have relevant titles and descriptions with keywords. 5. They must include suitable keywords (in bold) for search engine optimization (SEO) purposes. 6. You will be expected to do your own research. 7. The sentences must be grammatically correct and they should have no spelling errors. 8. The first article will be reviewed before the rest are assigned. 9. The articles must be completed within a week. We will own all rights to the material which is then not to be re-used in any way for any reason. 10. Payment will be made only upon acceptance of articles. Please supply samples of articles from these categories previously written by you. We hope to be able to develop a long term business relationship with the successful bidder for future article writing projects. We, therefore, are not looking only at the quality and quantity of the work, but are also evaluating the bids from a financial aspect. The selected freelancers will be asked to write over a hundred articles each month. If you cannot handle this, please don’t bid.
