I have worked in BPO for customer centric companies hence I have always focused on complete customer satisfaction. However the job profile does not specify what time of customer support is required. I would be glad to know the required guidelines for the support to ensure excellent service,

Good Day! First and foremost my name is Dan Mar Luna from the Philippines. I have been in the Business Process Outsourcing Industry for almost seven years and I must say that working in fast -paced environment is something to consider in order for your company's vision and mission to achieve. I've been a Technical Support Associate for an Internet and cable company in the United States that focuses on excellent customer service to our clients. I don't look into what my salary would be but what I am aiming for is what I will learn from it. A lot of people nowadays are looking for a stable job with higher compensation but for me it's totally different, what I wanted to achieve is to learn and go beyond my own limitations. I am open to criticism because I know that everyone has a room for improvement. Working in a call center industry is very demanding here in the Philippines and I must say that there are a lot of competitions, higher expectations and demands. I learn to adapt myself and gain a lot of potential to work in the corporate world. Multi-tasking, responding on time and became more reliable in many ways. I ask a lot of questions relevant to work in order to make sure that I am on the right track. Hi, I'm Highly interested in this position. My name is Ralph Compas. I was born in Brooklyn,NY but now i currently reside in the Dominican republic. I chose to live here due to family and my kids with my foreign girlfriend. So during one of my vacations, i seen telemarketing is a big trade here.
