Data Entry : Catalog to Spreadsheet

We need someone to input data from a catalog into an excel spreadsheet. Their are six fields that need to be copied / typed from the catalog and placed into eight separate fields into the excel spreadsheet. There is also a code from another database field that needs to be placed with each row of data from the catalog to the spread sheet. But there are only 50 or so codes and most are repeat codes for this one field. The remaining fields will come from the catalog. Working knowledge of excel spreadsheets and light knowledge of how a database works is preferred. Each catalog page has about 60 entries and there are 55 pages. Quite a lot of tying but simple desk work and shouldn’t bee too much trouble for someone who is proficient with typing. I will also need to send you the catalog which I will need for you to send back once the project is completed. I will pay the postage both ways. So I will need to ability to mail you the catalogue. I may be able to scan the 50 pages if necessary. This is the project in it’s entirety…Thank you for your time…
