Answer and route calls in a professional manner. Process sales and installation orders, which are dictated to you over the phone and must be entered in a time sensitive manner. Extensive calendar management and scheduling of consultations, installs, and services. Heavy data entry into the Company’s database. Basic administrative tasks of filing, emailing, copying, and scanning. Provide back-up support to other administrators and managers when needed. Follows up and responds to email in a timely manner Communicates with Sirva /Operations/ Sales/Accounting receiving/shipping issues or discrepancies. Maintain good attendance and punctuality.

Dear client, We are ICS 2014 from Serbia! Members: Tatjana Ristic, Ivana Ristic, Tijana Ristic and Dragomir Ristic. We are working in outsourcing for almost 3 years now on various engagements. Tatjana is great with data entry, web research, product spec tagging, Wordpress, Woocomerce, Joomla, Ivana and Tijana excellent designers, Dragomir is expert for Windows Server Administration, VoIP telephony, Photoshop, Premiere, C#, but we can work all kind of different jobs. Last few project we were involved was products spec tagging, Wordpress products editing/entering, maintenance of Wordpress, image editing, video editing... We are available 24/7, 7 days a week... Infrastructure we have is great for small outsourcing company: Cable internet 120/8, backup internet DSL 50/2, 2 servers on our location, 1 server in Kansas USA (DataShack) for VoIP and our web sites, VoIP phones, Skypes, very good computers (i7), we have hardware support on location etc. Data entry = 3 USD per hour (but you get here 40 work hours on day!) I would be the best candidate for this job as I have worked in an environment that was similar to what you have described as a Business Development Lead. I worked with multiple clients over the course of each day and had to record and report the information in a timely manner. During this position I also worked with everyone five members of the production team and owners to collaborate with informing them of jobs that were coming in and what each client needed.
