Immediate opening- There is a FT/PT position in our company that is expanding and will require the right person to be able to do a variety of task. This person needs to be flexible with the job duties and available times, be able to multitask and meet deadlines, handle banking and assist with real estate ventures also assist with other areas that the company needs. Must be computer savvy, be able to do extensive internet research and manage many software programs including email. This is a think outside of the box position that could lead to a higher position as my company continues to grow.

I am an Accountant / Administrative Asst. and Data Entry Specialist, with more than 18 years of experience in that field. I've been using MS Excel, MS Word, MS Access and Quickbooks software, and most of the time I use my own designs files to enter the needed data.
