I hold 7 years of experience in Customer Service field while using mediums "calls, online chat, and emails usually" , Started working with Sing Tel as Customer support rep than within tenure of two years promoted to team lead . I also have exposure for US-based major brands for almost 5 years, I had worked for inbound/outbound Sales Executive/Customer Support for multiple brands like Comcast, Time Warner, Abstract, Linear Title, Beyond menu and now WBM. With the successful tenure of seven years in the field, I believe that I polished my skills pretty well and my experience and skills in a Business environment will be extremely valuable to meet successfully with any such challenging job while performing any of related tasks.
As a freelancer, I started working with major food chain in Canada Pizza Pizza and Pizza 73, for their inbound order taking and Customer service as well for outbound technical support for stores. After working one and half year with them I joined a Us based company WBM LLC which is a salt products manufacturer and distributor company dealing with major store chains across in the US, operations in the USA, Canada, EU, and China . I was working with the company as Admin Support/VA.
I was a very effective Virtual assistant of company performing multi-tasking as Admin and Accounts Executive , mainly responsible for Vendor/Customer Support, order processing on EDI/Quick Books, eCommerce hub and Amazon portal Invoicing and dealing and negotiating with accounts departments of vendors for issues on payments or chargebacks if any , from customers like Amazon , Walmart , Home Depot , Bed Bath & Beyond and many others.
