I have worked as a Customer Service Representative in Verizon account for almost 6 months time. I was from billing and sales department, so what I normally do was to resolve issue regarding bills and sometimes do troubleshooting regarding the services Verizon has offered. I am also working in TasksEveryday as a Virtual Assistant for almost 3 months until now. I went on training on how to use different kinds of CRM tools (Customer Relation Management) which somehow make me more confident on this kind of field. Way back in my school years, I also did multiples of research (thesis) and so I am exposed in using Microsoft Office like MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint as well as Outlook
