Convertion of QuattroPro11 File to Microsoft Excel

Hello All, We are an European company in the water industry. Until now, our yearly analytical business plan was made in Corel QuattroPro11. We decided to convert all our spreadsheets to Microsoft Excel. We are thus looking for someone to convert the spreadsheets to the .xls format (with formulas, lay-out, etc.). There are two different worksheets, one of about 315 rows and 16 columns, the other one of about 220 rows and 16 columns. Both spreadsheets have a couple of sheets (one for each year), but each one is pretty much copy-pasted from the previous one. Both spreadsheets have about 10% of blank cells. There are no comlicated formulas or macros. The file format for Corel QuattroPro11 is .qpw. The deadline would be three months after starting date. Thank you.
