Converting Excel and Web Data to STATA .dta

I am looking for immediate assistance importing data available directly on the Mass Dept. of Education website (and in a few downloadable Excel docs) into a set of clean STATA .dta documents. This will include all years and all subsections of the following data sets:

- Enrollment by grade - be sure to include all years and data both at school and district level

- Enrollment by Selected Populations - all available years at both school and district level

- Enrollment by Race, Gender - all available years at both school and district level

- Per Pupil Expenditures -only years 2005 and 2006, but please be sure to select all possible functions when you export the info

- Post graduate plans (all years, at both school and district level)

I need this as soon as possible, and I am willing to pay a bit more if you can ensure that you can deliver it accurately and cleanly very quickly.
