We Need 20 PR4+ one-way links

We require 20 permanent one way inbound links for a Japanese Kanji Symbols and Tattoos Website based in Japan done in English Language. The opportunity for continued future work with us exists if we are pleased with your methods and results as we have several website requiring quality links. The following is required to fulfill the contract and receive full payment: 1) All links must be Permanent one way inbound static links 2) The links must be from Japanese, Tattoo, Kanji, Symbols related websites. 3) No link farms, ffa's, gambling, pharmacy, illegal, violent, classifieds, dynamic links or black hat links. 4) All links pages where links appear must be indexed and cached by Google 5) All links must be from different C Class IP addresses. 6) Only one Link per domain. 7) Page must not be disallowed by [login to view URL] and no rel=nofollow links in the code. 8) No commercial web rings or link exchange programs like [login to view URL], [login to view URL] etc. 9) No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links or links on any site that seems to have incurred a Google penalty. 10) No link from directories. 11) No links from websites that already link to our site. 12) English language web sites only. 13) Link page shouldn’t contain more than 30 links. 14) Will also pay a bonus for PR5+ links. Please specify in your bid how many will be included of each. This will be taken into account when selecting the winning bidder. 15) The link keyword text will be provided by us. All links will use the same keywords. The winning bidder will be required to provide an Excel spreadsheet with each link url and page PR.
