I have attained certificates in administrative support and office management through my local community college and have two years of experience. I am currently studying for my International Association of Administrative Professionals’ exam in order to become a Certified Administrative Professional. While in college, I was instructed in interpersonal communications, word processing, business style writing and all software platforms including database, spreadsheet and desktop publishing. I am highly skilled at all Microsoft Office applications and am familiar with other applications too. I am highly organized and understand that prioritizing tasks is a vital part of this position and I am able to multitask when time constraints call for it. I do not have a problem working overtime, nights or weekends as I am needed for specific projects. Record-keeping is one of my strong skills and I can put together expense reports, sales reports, file through electronic databases and plan sales proposals. I am also able to set up meetings and take care of all the little things that the salespeople may not have time to complete. I am able to work on my own but I also enjoy working with a team and I have great communication skills. I am ambitious and would like to handle this project for you.
