A Matlab algorithm to find relation in EMG hand tremors of Parkinson's Disease and Stroke patients

A Matlab script is needed to find the correlation between hand tremors from EMG signals collected from Parkinson's Disease patients and stroke patients. We have a database for a total of 22 patients, in which 3 of them stroke patients, the rest Parkinson's Disease patients ranging from mild to severe tremors. The patients' details, diseases and symptoms are documented under separate folders. The obtained signals includes different channels obtained from an accelerometer and EMG, while the measurements are performed simultaneously. There is also EEG data, which may be discarded. An algorithm is needed to be found to analyse the accelerometer signals from the database and find the tremors that are related to Parkinson's Disease patients and stroke patients(around 6-8Hz frequency). SSA method is preferred, where the eigenvalues are extracted from signals and are correlated to each other to find similarities in tremors between patients(detect the tremor frequency and pattern). Then it is needed to analyse EMG signals and find if there is any delay between the tremor signals obtained from accelerometer and the EMG feedback from or to the brain(tremor is also found in EMG). The time delay, if any, between these signals is the needed parameter that will allow to see the differences between PD patients and stroke patients in the way how the tremors occur as in mechanism related to these diseases. The "A" dataset is the motion data, where the first 3 columns are X, Y, and Z coordinates of accelerometer and the last 3 columns are gyroscope, which can be dropped either. In the files with "-emg" tag, the dataset of "data2" has the EMG signals with Channel 1 in 13th column, Channel 2 in 14th column and 15th column is ground. Singular spectrum analysis is the recommended method, and the use of eigenvalues to analyse the signals is advised.
