Design a small fan message board

I have a completed layout set up to show you exactly how i want it. The layout shows the the graphics, logo and all. Had another provider bail on me on the day it was to be completed, and now i'm very behind. I need this finished within 2 days. Should be very easy since i have the layout to show you as i want it. I need it completely applied onto the website after completion. Subsequent pages following the main theme. I'd like a extra banner (header) in a different design from the original to keep with the continuity of the images and original header. I need the skin to be coded and 100% valid css and xthml. I need this finished no later than Sunday at 12 pm central time. No later. I'm behind schedule now.
