Build an electronic board for timed switching of power to existing PCB

This is the first step of several steps in the project. We have an existing circuit for which we need a timed switch circuit that will control the power to an existing main circuit: 1) Initially, when an external manual switched is set to on: switch on the main circuit for 60 minutes continously, then 2) Turn off power to the circuit for 60 minutes, then 3) Turn on the power to the circuit for 60 seconds Step 2) and 3) should then continue indefinitely until the battery is dead or the manual switch is switched off.
