Do you want the layout along with the Schematic? I assume so, done in EAGLE, though this device (similar ) I have implemented in PADS.

Hello, Im an expert hardware designer, and can use Eagle or Altium for your project. Basically what you need is to edit the NRF51822 Reference Design schematic and board and attach a battery charger ic and a mini usb port, right? I can do this if you provide the reference design files (wich are available for anyone that owns a NRF51822 from nordic.

I am from Canada so it is much easier to communicate and get things done. My English is excellent and I will be able to deliver your PCB. I am planning on using Eagle which is a really good program. If the price is too high let me know and we can work with the cost maybe take off a few dollars. Thank You.
