The project is to design and simulate a common emitter Class A amplifier using PSpice.
Nominal preferred values must be used for components and ALL calculations for component values must be shown in detail.
A screenshot is attached of the desired circuit layout which must be adhered to.
Another screenshot is also attached showing the desired output trace, remember midband gain must be 95 and lower and upper frequencies must be 210Hz and 500kHz respectively.
This amplifier will use the BJT Q2N2222 that can be biased using one power supply of 18 volts DC. This amplifier feeds another stage with input impedance of 17k ohms. The amplifier should amplify a signal with frequencies between 210Hz and 500kHz. At the medium frequencies range the output signal is required to be 95 times larger than the input signal which is 7mVrms AC. The collector current at operating point ICq is of 10 mA. Nominal preferred values for components should be used and all calculations for component values must be shown.
Known values are here as shown:
Vin = 7mV rms
Vcc = 18v
Lower cut-off frequency = 210Hz
Higher cut-off frequency = 500kHz
Output impedence (ROUT) = 17k ohms
Vout / Vin = 95
Collector current Icq = 10mA
If you have any questions about this project please message me and I will reply ASAP.
i am enclosing two files of the design, if you are interested, please pay in escrow and i will transfer the value and design guidelines
1 had to put in one cap and one resistor.
IC=9.88mA
Vc=8.115
peak output voltage 750mv 2khz 30khz
210hz=650mv
210khz=750mv
I can do it for you. In fact I make my students do this kind of amplifier design every year for their undergraduate level 3 subjects including the simulation, schematic design and PCB design. I will supply you with a good schematic design with simulation for the given specifications.
Cheers...
Dear, i have work experience with Orcad (PSpice). I already have done similar projects during my studies. I can help you in best way. You will get very good results from here.
Thanks
