hello, i am from Jordan, i know this project just for USA, UK but look at note as a solution you can make that using small electronics circuit and connect the PIR sensor using UART, then make small code using JAVA java peer to peer, good luck

I am an Electronics and Telecommunication engineer who got just passed out from the university. I followed four year course in Electronics and Telecommunication where I studied Engineering Electronics, Electrical engineering, Digital and Analog electronics, Microprocessor programming in MicroC and implementing in Proteus ect. I have designed a Xenon flasher for one client with my colleague and the client was very happy with it. I designed it using EaglesCAD software. Hi I work in the security industry as a freelancer designing products similar to what you require and as such could probably re task an existing product to achieve your goal. This is reflected in my bid as I have a whole library of code related to the security industry that could achieve your project in a much shorter period of time and I have the experience to guide you away from dead ends. It's a project worthed to be taken into consideration. We have the background and the experience with PIR motion detector and laser detectors, also experience with TCP-IP communication. Number and type of PIR detectors involved, type of APP, OS are strictly necessary in order to establish a price for development. Please describe the security procedures if this project is part of another bigger project. Thank you for your answer.
