Design, Fabricate, and Test and Lithium Ion Battery Management System (BMS) based on the BQ76940 ([login to view URL]). Design Requirements: 1. Accounts for high voltage and current (Design with a continuous discharge of 70 Amps, a physical fuse will be used to control amperage to 30 Amps in practice). 2. JST based plug to attach current leads to 15s battery cells. 3. PCB (~1"x6") 4. Soft Power Switch (Low voltage, 5-12V) Project Completion: All documents, CAD drawings, and schematics. Functional Demo PCB as a POC.
