Banner Reformat

Please find a fireworks PNG image attached. This has been poorly implemented as such because the target animated GIF size is 40KB. I need a designer to implement smatly and differently to get to the target size without image resolution loss but am happy for transitions to happen without the effects etc... Need to have the raw files (PNG/PSD) and the GIF in target size. Successful high quality work means invitation to bid on the entire project which will be posted. Should be quick work for an experienced designer. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). 2) Need to receive final PNG/PSD with Animated GIF in less than 40KB at acceptable resolution ## Platform Photoshop, Fireworks, Adobe, Web
