C# log file filter
Select a log file via file dialog.
Load a filter file from c:\temp\[login to view URL]
Generate a report in a text area.
The filter file has the filter contend with name, startstring, endstring. You are free to design the filter file. (cvs, xml, excel, plain text)
The log file has to be checked each file with each filter. If nothing was found, nothing is to report.
In the log file the string between startstring and endstring has to be reported.
If the startstring = “?? the reported string begins with the begin of the line.
If the endstring = “?? the reported string begins with the begin of the line.
In the attachment you can find a suggestion for a filter file, log file and expected report.
