Cloud mov The rapidly increasing power of personal mobile devices is providing much richer contents and social interactions to users on the move. This trend however is throttled by the limited battery lifetime of mobile devices and unstable wireless connectivity, making the highest possible quality of service experienced by mobile users not feasible. The recent cloud computing technology, with its rich resources to compensate for the limitations of mobile devices and connections, can potentially provide an ideal platform to support the desired mobile services. Tough challenges arise on how to effectively exploit cloud resources to facilitate mobile services, especially those with stringent interaction delay requirements. In this paper, we propose the design of a Cloud-based, novel Mobile social TV system.

Hello, I am very interested in your project. I have a background in software development and have spent the better part of the last 10 years working on projects pertaining to mobile and social television solutions and have experience drafting several patent application specifications documents for filing with the USPTO in provisional patent applications. I am happy to sign an NDA before we begin. What is the length of the document? What is the primary goal that you'd like to achieve with the paper? If the system has already been conceived and you are familiar with it's strengths and challenges, then perhaps the best way to start is a phone or Skype conversation where you can talk about the solution so I can familiarize myself with what you are offering. Of course any additional information, images, demonstrations, samples, etc that you can provide would also be helpful. I am looking forward to hearing more!
