Audio Setup and Shopping Advice

To create a shopping list and setup guide with detailed justification of each equipment to purchase to produce sound from 8Hz to 18kHz. Context: We have a mono sound file covering spectrum of 8Hz to 18kHz. We want to playback the sound and have humans feel the low frequency well. We are concerned about generating sufficient SPL (linear) for the lows and not so concerned about the highs, because there's lots of cheap speakers that can produce that. We need advice on the equipment to purchase down to the exact cable to use and setting up instructions. We envision recycling some cheap home theater with cheap passive full range speakers, but invest in a capable amplifier and a powered subwoofer (most prob SVS or Rythmik). The sound will be controlled and played on the computer. We want a full setup guide with general schema drawn out on what equipment connect to which. Note: Even if the speakers can produce low freq, the amps and DAC, external soundcard may not support. We operate in 220/204V in 50Hz. Deliverables: 1. Schema of how each equipment links to the other, from laptop to sound production 2. Specifications of appropriate equipment to buy 3. Justifications (by comparison with at least two alternatives) of equipment to buy and why they will fit well with each other. 4. Key setup instructions (modes to set, etc) Consideration: 1. We want a fuss-free set up 2. We are not strict on 8 Hz and can go 12 if so need be. 3. To save time, we have singled out Rhythmik and SVS for the subs 4. We have strict limited budget (USD$4500) 5. We operate in a small room 6. We have consider Audyssey to save some hassle, but are not confident of different Audyssey variations and if AMPs by themselves will have them, or I need to by Integrated AV receivers. 7.
