McCormick Architecture Group is a Denver, CO based architectural firm focused on green design and development of real estate commercial properties. The firm is currently looking to form partnerships with talented overseas architectural firms, or architects to design and develop properties for the US, and Canada market. Our company looks to recruit inventive, creative, dependable people to work with. Our company normally works with architects or architect groups/ companies that can design properties in groups in retail, commercial/business/industrial parks, healthcare, education, government and public works, entertainment venues, sports arenas, and restaurants / bakeries /bars properties. How We Work: We normally have a process where we assign a “group” of properties. Architects are assigned a group of properties in the same design categories. This helps in speed of design and quality to design a property and multiply the concept in to other properties from the basic concept. We provide a full brief on the property and expectations in design. When an architect designs for us we as for the following per property: - Site Plan - Building Site Plans - Building Elevations (Front / Rear / Left / Right) - Front Elevation Rendering - Technical Drawings Our Assignment Packages: We have 10 property packages. These packages are as follows: 1. Residential Homes / Apartments Property Package 2. Retail Centers / Restaurants Property Package 3. Business / Industrial Property Package 4. Entertainment Venues Property Package 5. Sports Arenas / Field Property Package 6. Healthcare Property Package 7. Education /Schools Property Package 8. Government /Public Works Property Package 9. Parks / Golf Course Property Package 10. Hotels & Resorts Property Package Rates, Policies, & Procedures: We like to be open and clear in all terms and expectation. We have all working international grade contracts good in North America, South America, Asia, Middle East, and the EU. We pay both in US Dollar and the Euro. Budgets are outline by property group and the type of properties. We set per property rate or hourly rate whichever is better for the provider. If you enter into contract we expect all work to be completed by deadline, and be top quality. Your designs will be stamped by our company. If we cannot stamp your work because of mistakes or quality you will be asked to correct problems. To be considered please provide a brief introduction about your skills and service background. We communicate through email and messengers. We use payment methods like Pay Pal, Money Bookers, Bank Transfer, Western Union, and Courier Services. If you cannot manage and handle the design of multiple properties and a heavy work load then these projects are not for you.
