Sir, as a Telecommunication expert I would like it if you mentioned the tool(software) you wish the two networks to be simulated on. (I don't think there is an already used/normalized module with 30KHz per channel/user and I don't recommend it for QoS reasons...) Anyway good description , detailed and clear.
