I have a database of 500 firms and names that I need reformatted into a contact record that can be used in ACT. The project will involve converting the information in one spreadsheet (See attachment 1) and putting it into another (see attachment (2). If you are really good with Excel you may be able to copy from one format to another. Otherwise it will involve typing the address and other information and copying to each name.
You will then research the internet to add email addresses. Some of the firms have them but many do not. In the case where they are not available you will put "none@webaddress"
Will consider fixed bids and hourly not exceed bids
