Create an excel macro for a project plan

I have a list of tasks as an excel table. The information has to be insert into an existing excel project plan. This could be done by a macro, VBA or external program. The task list and the project plan template are attached. The existing plan template shows how the final result should look like. The project plan has a time table and a row for every developer. Find the columns “Developer”, “ImplementationDate”, “Key”, “Summary” in the task table. Remove all Effort values for all developers in the project plan. When the project plan Key already contains SVO-???, remove Key and Summary. Insert all tasks for a developer into one line. Find the rows of the developer Find the date which matches ImplementationDate Insert the Key into the Key row When there is already an entry, add to the entry a semicolon followed by the key. (e.g. SVO-524; SVO-644) Insert the Summary into the Summary row Insert a “1” for every effort day into the effort row for every day which has a “W” in the Label row. When in the effort row is already a value, increment it. (e.g. there is already a 1, make it a 2) When a date or duration is out of the timetable, leave it alone. You have to test you application. I Will do further tests with different project plan templates and task lists to confirm the function.
