I want to build a tool (application) for my training business; what will be measured is the abilities of trainees (list of items scored from 0 to 10) -before the training ( by the trainee and approved by his supervisor) - After the training (by the trainee and approved by his supervisor) - List of objectives for the development (by supervisor) - Evaluation after 3 months, 6 months, 9 months and ... by the supervisor - Then the application calculates the scores for multiple courses per user and for multiple users per supervisor and multiple supervisors per department and multiple departments per company.
