Develop simple time-tracking spreadsheet

We are a group of eight consultants, each working on six aspects of client projects (columns) across an unknown number of clients (rows). For each of the six aspects, each consultant enters a date, then does a pulldown of the number of hours spent. The date field and hours field then clear as the spreadsheet stores the hours worked on a given day and, also, the total hours spent on that aspect of the project. It does this for each of the six aspects for each of our eight consultants. Running total of hours worked for each client (row) must be shown at the end of the row. Each consultant should have her/his own sheet (tab). The ninth sheet is for a grand summary of all hours worked on all aspects by all consultants (the columns). That ninth sheet must also tally hours spent on each client. Two uploaded files will help you understand what I am looking for. You and I know this is not a $250 project. We know this is, truthfully, a very simple project for someone with good Excel skills. I just don't have time to do it myself. Please bid accordingly. Unrealistically high bids will be disregarded no matter the feedback. I will work with people new to Freelancer, provided they have the skills for this job.
