Residential full address finding from a partial address, UK

I am based in central England and looking for assistance in collating/harvesting full residential postal addresses from different UK property portals/websites. They already provide part of the address as public information. The task in hand is to research and investigate the missing part of the full residential postal address. Without all the elements of the address the information is of no use to me. The missing part maybe a house number or a missing post code (this is the UK postal reference characters which are similar to the USA zip code) but from a section of the available address you should be able to acquire the full postal address from further research. Sometimes there might only be the postcode/zip code so it would be your job to get the full address to find the house number. A more in-depth work schedule and explanation of how to acquire these missing address parts will be forwarded when we have agreed the job. A sample full UK address would be: 169, Birchfield Road, Redditch, Worcestershire. B97 4LU. And it is essential that all elements of the address are found. Once you have all of this information it will need to be entered onto a spreadsheet in alphabetical order of the street/road name and also recording the entry dates. This will then build a complete record of which houses/properties have been harvested. This is not a one-off job and I will need regular weekly single batches of addresses from you on a weekly basis. At some point your data scraping will be needed but the above task is the first stage of the process. Please let me know your thoughts and, if you are interested, leave a message .
